While some of our residential solutions apply to commercial properties there are often unique issues arising with workplace extermination. At House Specialty we can't stress enough the importance of listening to your individual situation and tailoring a treatment to your needs.

We offer free estimates and will analyze your pest control issue at no charge. While we're there, we'll identify the pest issue at hand and explain the process of which we can go about elimination your problem. We even provide service on Saturday!

 Our Guarantee

We offer a 6 month guarantee on most insects with a full service treatment. Most customers we won't see for 6 months to a year, or longer! Plus we'll re-treat, at no charge within 6 months if the pest re-infests the treated area.

House Specialty uses only Health Department approved chemicals. Ours are non-staining, odorless, and completely safe for people, as well as pets. We have families too, and we use the same chemicals in our customers' homes that we use in our own. We're licensed and certified by the Illinois Department of Public Health, bonded, and insured.
